Ek seb rozana — sehat ka purana nuskha.
Bahar-e-Seb takes highland apples from the orchards around Quetta, slices them into thin rings, and slow-dries them until the natural sugars concentrate. The result is a snack that's sweet, lightly chewy at the centre, crisp at the edge — and made of exactly one ingredient.
Most dried apple sold in Pakistan is treated with sulphur dioxide to keep it artificially pale and extend shelf life. Ours isn't. That's why our rings carry a deeper amber colour and a fuller, honeyed apple flavour instead of a flat, chemical sweetness.
