If your claim is approved, we may provide:
A replacement of the same product.
A replacement of equivalent value (if the original product is unavailable).
Store credit for future purchases.
Replacement requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution for every customer.
Refunds are only issued when a replacement cannot be provided or when Khushk Bahar determines that a refund is the most appropriate solution.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Khushk Bahar.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to inspect the package externally before accepting it.
If you notice visible damage or signs of tampering, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support immediately.
